Requirement for Expats who live and work in Thailand

To ensure a smooth application process for the LG Subscribe service, please verify that you meet the following criteria and have the necessary documents prepared:

Eligibility Criteria

• Nationality: Applicant must be a foreign national residing in Thailand.
• Age: Must be between 20 and 60 years old at the time of application.
• Thai Mobile Number: A valid Thai phone number is required for identity verification and coordination.
• Email Address: A personal email address for contract correspondence and notifications.
• Proof of Residence: The installation address must strictly match the address stated in your Residential Lease Agreement (Rental Contract).

Required Documents

Please prepare clear copies/photos of the following:

• Passport: Original and valid passport.
• Work Permit: A valid Thai Work Permit.
• Sale and Purchase Agreement or Residential Lease Agreement (Rental Contract)
• Credit Cards issued by Thai bank or non-bank. The credit card used must have an expiration date of at least 3 years (36 months) remaining from the application date.

Note: Debit cards and international credit cards are currently not supported.
